There's only a handful of guys that have fished the DPC since the very first event on Waterbury Reservoir. Roland Tremble of Tie by Night Fly Shop is one of those guys and I haven't met many that have the great personality and demeanor of Roland.
Once a DPC champ himself, Roland always has valuable suggestions as to how we can improve on the event. One suggestion is to expand the prize pool so that more folks have a chance at bugger ticket prizes.
Well, this year Roland took the bull by the horns and donated a Hatch Reel and Echo Fly Rod Outfit which will be raffled to only those that don't win a prize otherwise....what a generous donation!
